Challenge
A target-oriented control of qualification measures for both own employees and partner companies is the basis for the implementation of uniform quality standards for the world's largest automotive manufacturer. For this purpose, GOD had to make a tool for partner qualification and control.
Solution
GOD solution is ingenious and yet simple: the training administrator equips the system with qualification standards for the respective field of activity. The organisational tool breaks them down and draws up a binding qualification path. This enables the training officers and partners to quickly view the training status of each of the 110,000 external specialists at any time and from anywhere.
Result
Our client has been using the advantages of the organisation tool since 2005. Each side - the qualifying department and the employee to be qualified - has its own web interface, which is individually set up to meet the respective needs. It’s all intuitive and well organised – every employee knows what they need to know.
