Merger between EPCon and GOD

In a strategic decision that will significantly influence our development and services, EPCon IT-Consulting GmbH, located in Minden (HRB 15208), has decided to transfer its business operations to GOD Gesellschaft für Organisation und Datenverarbeitung mbH, located in Braunschweig (HRB 2168). This transfer has already been recorded in the Braunschweig Commercial Register (HRB 2168) and initiates a new phase of cooperation.

The quality of our services will remain at the highest level, and you can rely on the fact that your contracts with EPCon IT-Consulting GmbH will be transferred seamlessly to GOD Gesellschaft für Organisation und Datenverarbeitung mbH without any further action being required.
