Responsibilities

Responsibility for the development of the SCRUM process and its correct implementation in projects with high complexity and both fixed and changing SCRUM teams

Support in the implementation and execution of agile methods and frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban as well as active design of the tool landscape (e.g. Jira, Confluence, etc.)

Establishment of agile values, methods and frameworks in development teams as well as removal of obstacles (e.g. disruptions, processes, waiting times, etc.) and support of the development teams

Continuous optimization of the quality and efficiency of the work and cooperation of Scrum teams as well as recording and tracking optimization measures

Coaching of development teams and product owners in the introduction of agile principles, approaches and values

Collaboration with the product owners in the transfer of ideas (epics) to backlog items (stories/tasks) and support of these

Participation in team development measures
Must-have-Requirements
-
• Completed degree in computer science, business informatics, economics or comparable qualification • Alternatively: completed IT/technical or commercial training

• Certification as a SCRUM Master

• Professional experience as a SCRUM Master or in a comparable position • Experience in change management, the application of SCRUM with relevant tools, as well as the ability to advise on, introduce, apply and further develop agile methods

• Management experience in leading teams

• Ability to structure and find solutions to complex issues

• Excellent communication, conflict resolution and teamwork skills

• Willingness to undertake ongoing training • Good knowledge of English
