Responsibilities

  • • Support of the project manager through the independent planning and management of (sub-)projects with regard to: – Monitoring the achievement of goals (time/costs/quality) – Planning and management of work packages, milestones, quality gates and project resources – Identifying and tracking project risks – Identifying optimization potential during the project and developing solution proposals for their implementation – Documentation and reporting of the project status • Development of process flows within a project governance for the smooth handling of all concerns and processes within the project organization • Support of the project organization by designing and setting up various supporting monitoring and reporting processes • Central project interface to all relevant stakeholders of the project, internally and externally • Escalation management within the Bundesdruckerei • Training of project employees on the processes developed as well as on the monitoring and reporting systems • Identification, coordination and management of performance acceptances, change requests and error correction measures • If necessary. Offer management: Advice, support and coordination in the creation of offers by sales • Customer management if necessary – Contract controlling – Collaboration with the customer’s project manager and, if necessary, the end customer, as well as committee work (Steering Committee) • Service management if necessary – Co-creation and responsible implementation of service level agreements (SLA) – Management of incident management

Must-have-Requirements

  • • Completed degree in computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering, economics, electrical engineering, natural sciences or comparable qualification • Alternatively: completed IT/technical or commercial training • Professional experience in project coordination or in the Project Management Office • Experience in project coordination and management of classic and agile IT projects• Mastery of the tools of project and risk management as well as project controlling and reporting, also in agile and hybrid contexts • Competencies for the technical coordination of a project team • Systematic, goal-oriented and independent way of working • Willingness to take responsibility, assertiveness and initiative • Good communication skills at the second and third management level • Experience in coordinating stakeholders • Willingness to travel if necessary • Optional: Certification according to PMI, ITIL or comparable organizations • Fluent English skills
