  • First experience in customer service
  • Confident handling of PowerPoint and Excel
  • IT affinity is desirable
  • Customer-oriented behaviour
  • Organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team, commitment and high sense of responsibility
  • Very good German and good English skills
