Responsibilities

• Function as contact person for inquiries to the PMO and support for the management of (multi-)project management in structuring the projects and sub-projects • Independent creation of project and cross-project reports, analyses, evaluations and presentation documents ready for decision-making for the project management and customers • Documentation of results and task tracking from project-related meetings • Continuous follow-up using project quality management and risk management • Project interface to all relevant stakeholders of the project, internally and externally • Support with escalation management • Support with project-related procurement • Responsibility for the central monitoring of order deadlines and the budget consumption of external and internal resources • Independent examination of the projects and their dependencies for synergy potential and possible restrictions as well as development of recommendations for action for control
Must-have-Requirements

• Completed degree in economics, humanities or comparable qualification • Alternatively: completed IT/technical or commercial training • Professional experience in the Project Management Office or in a similar role desirable • Experience in working with various project management methods and instruments (agile, classic, hybrid) desirable • Confident use of common MS Office applications and ideally experience in using Jira and Confluence • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to think and act economically and to use resources responsibly • Communication and teamwork skills • Interdisciplinary way of working • Good knowledge of English • Certifications (e.g. PMI PMP, Prince2) desirable
